Farquhar & Associates has a logo that works, however their pain points include maintaining a consistent brand identity and brand message that plays well with one of the most recognizable logos in the world, the RE/MAX balloon. When a house has good bones, you’d be crazy to knock it over. Instead, you work with a sound structure and update the aesthetics. This philosophy held true for the Farquhar & Associates brand. A little update here, an upgrade there, and a fresh coat of paint did wonders! In all seriousness, we created a polished, cohesive branding toolkit that communicates they’re a professional, top-notch team of real estate agents.

In order to make the best use of their new cohesive brand, we’ve redesigned their print and digital collateral, like their welcome packets that are sent to home buyers and sellers. Recently, we even had some fun producing new Valentine’s Day postcards. We’re working with the Farquhar & Associates sales team to create social media templates they can modify in Canva. This allows the team to create their own social media, yet keep each post within the branding toolkit aesthetics we developed. In order to have custom content for their social media, website and print materials, to roll out alongside their new brand, we produced and styled a team photoshoot.

Farquhar & Associates’ newly built custom website integrates their current CRM platform to provide a unique and user-friendly experience. The team demonstrates their real estate knowledge of York County through blogs that provide information about neighborhoods, school districts, and tips for home buyers and sellers. In the background, we’ve optimized their site for SEO. Moving forward, the Farquhar & Associates’ team have a clear brand vision and voice, with clear measurable goals to keep our efforts, and theirs, focused.
